Berkheimer has mastered the application of technology to task-based document workflow. Utilizing Optical Character Recognition (“OCR”), Intelligent Character Recognition (“ICR”) and proprietary workflow processes, Berkheimer processes roughly 60 million documents per year for a variety of large clients, including municipalities.
