Manish Pathak

Manish Pathak, Systems Engineer, joined VINtek, Inc. in 2000. Manish has over 20 years of Information Technology experience with a proven ability to introduce new technologies while leveraging the untapped capabilities of legacy systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Manish's core competencies include infrastructure design, network engineering, enterprise systems integration, technology planning, security policy and standards development, security policy compliance, disaster recovery planning and development of data encryption standards.

At VINtek, Manish is responsible for development and deployment of enterprise-level architecture, technology standards and organizational policy frameworks supporting the delivery of services to the company's customers. He is also responsible for VINtek's corporate technology strategy. This role involves implementation of the company's IT architecture and high volume data management systems; defining roadmaps, budget, infrastructure, facilities and securities; implementing the plan for increased profitability; maximizing business continuity; and ensuring high performance/high availability of information systems.

Prior to joining VINtek, Manish was the manger of Micro Power International's and SAI International's Computer Department where he developed a wide customer base which included local industries and large non-government organizations like UNESCO, UNHRC, UNCHS, UNICEF, HABITAT, GTZ, Planned Parenthood, and various international embassies. He led a team of 25 employees that provided technical support, developed a R&D lab and designed a job card/component stocking system that included order processing and job tracking.
