Troy Moore Joins VINtek as Director of Operations

Philadelphia, PA — VINtek, Inc., a provider of automated solutions for automotive financiers, announced today that Troy Moore has joined VINtek as Director of Operations.
           
“We’re very pleased to add Troy to our executive team”, VINtek’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Larry Highbloom, stated. “Troy’s extensive industry experience and standing will be invaluable to us as we grow our vehicle collateral content management services to the lien holder community”, continued Highbloom.

Mr. Moore’s background includes global workforce business process outsource consulting for Deloitte Consulting where he supported Fortune 100 clients and more than twelve years at General Motors Acceptance Corporation where he personally designed, launched and directed the vehicle title and consumer contract division of GMAC’s wholly-owned operating subsidiary AccuTel. During his tenure at General Motors Acceptance Corporation, Mr. Moore was responsible for the servicing and satisfaction of 6 million consumer accounts. In 2001 Mr. Moore was awarded the GM Chairman’s Honor Award in recognition of his performance.

“Troy has rich experience in paper title, electronic title and consumer loan file administration combined with the understanding of the dynamics of utilizing a global workforce in a business process outsource environment”, Highbloom said. “Bringing Troy aboard continues our strategy of adding the highest caliber team members and advisors from the auto industry to maximize our performance for our clients”, Highbloom stated.

“During my more than twelve years with GMAC we continually sought ways to maximize our efficiency of operations. Part of my responsibilities involved investigating and performing due diligence on title administration providers who offer paper as well as electronic title capabilities. I’ve managed GMAC’s title administration vendor and have met with probably all of the legitimate title administration providers in the industry. I know the strengths and weaknesses of each and I not only was impressed with VINtek, I chose to continue my career with them. Based upon their demonstrated and easily verified quality level of performance coupled with their strategic approach I believe VINtek will soon become the industry leader against which others will be measured,” Moore commented.

“Troy will help grow our title administration division by leveraging the wealth of his experience in servicing millions of consumer accounts”, said Highbloom. “He’s walked in the shoes of our clients. He dealt with the issues our clients deal with today. He’s been to China and India and moved back office functions to Mumbai and Hyderabad. The scope of his experience is world wide. Troy has a master’s degree in business administration with an international business management component,” Highbloom added.

Troy is joining a company whose board includes Harvey Lamm, founder of Subaru of America who Automotive News credited with being the “Father of four-wheel drive passenger cars”, Tom Cunningham, former director of vehicle remarketing services for Ford Motor Company and Ronald Loshin, founder and Chairman of Banklease Consultants, a pioneer in the growth of consumer vehicle leasing according to Highbloom.
