Rhonda Henderson

Rhonda Henderson, Controller, brings to VINtek, Inc. 15 years of accounting and financial reporting experience in both the public and private sectors, and multiple industries. At VINtek, Rhonda is responsible for all accounting, financial reporting and human resources functions. She also manages select operational responsibilities.

Rhonda has a proven track record in leading financial management and reporting improvements. She successfully implemented a department re-structuring to align personnel skill sets more efficiently with responsibilities, and implemented new sales reporting to enhance executive management visibility into daily sales, changes in run rates and sales needed to reach revenue targets.

Rhonda's experience implementing performance metrics has delivered improved operational, sales and financial results. Her “Performance-to-Plan” process brought department managers together with executives monthly to report on department results, variances to plan and key economic indicators impacting the business forecasts. She has authored numerous policies and procedures to enable better internal controls in the areas of accounts payable, expense reporting, incentive program administration and other areas of financial management.

Prior to joining VINtek, Rhonda was Controller for Roster Financial, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, where she was responsible for all accounting, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting functions. Her previous experience includes positions of progressive responsibility in the pharmaceutical education, dental equipment manufacturing, automotive and healthcare management industries.

Rhonda holds a B.S. in Accounting from La Salle University and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. She is currently studying to complete her Certified Management Accountant designation.
